About Me

I’ve been an educator for over 20 years and am passionate about making the study of literature joyful and resonant for my students. I’m also a mom of two, a long-time book club member, and a firm believer that good food and family vacations are some of life’s greatest joys. When I’m not teaching or grading essays, you’ll likely find me reading something new, planning our next trip, or trying a new restaurant.

The purpose of this blog is to share what happens in my AP Literature classroom, though I’ll occasionally include materials I use for English 3 American Literature as well.
